Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
If you purchased the product in Spain or the Euro zone you should return he product to the following address:

If your purchased your product in Ireland, North Ireland, Scotland, Wales or the UK you should return the product to this address:

Once received, the amount will be refunded, discounting the corresponding shipping price. This might may vary as some promotions doesn’t include shipping cost thus this fee won’t be discounted.
2b. In which cases your refund request will not proceed:
- When the period of 30 days of receipt of the product has expire.
- When a refund request is initiated based on false and / or fraudulent facts or situations.
- When conducts, malicious acts with premeditation, treachery and advantage or fraudulent are detected to obtain a refund.
